We're two young entrepreneurs from El Paso with a passion for fashion and creativity. As high school juniors, we built seclusion with a dream to bring high-quality designs to the scene. Our goal is simple-make clothes that stand out and feel good. This is just the beginning, and we're excited to have you on the journey with us.

Shipping Information
We partner with FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your orders. Below are our shipping details:
Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
International Shipping

Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return it.
Return Requirements
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Final sale items and custom pieces cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at seclusionnapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
